Channel Blender is an editor tool for Unity that allows you to pack your textures according to your shader's needs. It allows to create a texture composed by other textures' channels, while preserving original raw pixel data. This is useful for example for:Creating a Unity HDRP Lit shader mask (R = Metallic, G = AO, B = Detail Mask, A = Smoothness)Stacking the roughness map into your albedo map, for use with the Unity Standard shader (This allows to use smoothness and metallic maps simultaneously)Creating your own texture masks for your own shadersCreating a texture atlas, for a less detailed mesh LODChannel Blender is also accessible at runtime via API!Currently supported textures need to have an 1:1 aspect ratio.
