The Modifiers include a ModHolder Scriptable Object and a Modifiable Scriptable Object, so you can add them anywhere! The Modifiable tracks whatever mods have been added and does all the math and remembering for you.
"No Frills" means simple and nothing extra or unnecessary is added to the package. This won't bloat you with Editor Windows and doesn't lean on any external dependencies.
