This is a huge collection of various props found in office reception areas. The quality of the mesh and PBR textures are highly detailed and is suitable for 1st person PC games.

All meshes are cleanly made and optimized for performance in games.

All props have a custom collision mesh that is optimized for games.

All materials are PBR configured with albedo / metal / specular / normal textures.
Majority of textures are 2048x2048,

Triangle counts for each of the models range from about 500 --> 8,000.

Each model has 3 or 4 LODs included.
