A Winter Cottage asset designed for use with HDRP. The asset includes a full interior as well as foliage, fences and walls for outdoor scenes. The pack contains 100+ individual props as well as LOD's. The asset also comes with a full set of Pine tree's ranging from 2 metres high to 50 metres high, with three LOD's each and different variations. All textures are 2048 x 2048.

The largest pine tree at LOD0 is 7151 tris, the medium sized pine is 1639, The smallest pine is 1104 and the sapling is 612.
Poly counts for the interior vary, the smallest being 12 tris and the largest 35000. Generally counts are kept as low as possible. A good mid range example would be the vanity mirror which sits at 1556 triangles.

This package uses the Shader Graph and VFX Graph, so to make modifications to these assets you will need to have these installed via the package manager.

Versions of the pine trees and grass have also been created without snow to help those with more sophisticated snow shader's and material blend shader's.

This asset is very large, please allow for additional time downloading and importing. Please also use the HDRP template to avoid pink materials.

Whilst the asset is intended for HDRP it can be used for Standard and LWRP projects as well. You will, however, need to convert the materials back to the standard metal/smoothness. These maps are stored in the RGB(A) channels of the mask map.
