Dark atmospheric location with a beautiful combination of gray concrete and rusty metal. Modular structure allows you to create intricate labyrinths of canals, corridors and rooms. Designed for first person projects.

Only two materials are used: for base and props. The materials use PNG maps: albedo, normal map, specular and ambient occluson .
The maximum maps size for base is 4096x4096, for props 2048x2048. 47 meshes consist of 4K polygons.
