This asset is jam packed full of many buildings, props, road pieces, LOD, and the full featured "Awesome Day Night & Weather System" asset.
The building shaders are integrated with the included day night cycle for amazing night scenery. Whether your going for a large city or a rural setting, there's something here for everyone.
Most buildings include a low quality version to swap out, or even used for mobile. A LOD solution is provided to utilize this.
Textures included are mostly 4096x4096 to give you the freedom to reimport at whatever size makes sense for your game.
You can tag whatever other Light objects you want to control through the day night system as well.
Most buildings have height variants and some interiors are even included.
You get many extras like custom building shaders, street light script and shader for working street lights, LOD, emissive controlled shaders.
