TextureBuilder is an easy to use and modular procedural texture generation tool/editor. It can produce still and tiled animation textures which can be set to output in a format that is compatible with Unity's own particle system.
TextureBuilder works by connecting blocks to each other that either generate output(s) or modify input(s) so that they form a chain that produces wanted results.
