The desk and lab gear are worn out. The desk and gear are fully but simply normal mapped with normals baked in from higher poly versions of the models. Mild "self ambient occlusion" baked into textures from hi-poly version details.

2. Lab/Medical Gurney
Worn out and stained aged mattress. Gurney base has restraint straps and is very highly rusted. The wheels are intact but have developed rust.
The mattress normal map is crucial to its real time look and feel, as it is a ridged medical style mattress. The ridges are slightly deformed due to the mattress itself being slightly deformed.
Extremely mild "self ambient occlusion" baked in.
