If you have ever watched your kids play games on an Android device you have probably noticed that having a bunch of capacitive buttons at the bottom of the screen is not very handy for them. They just get into a game and start having fun then they accidentally hit home. Then they have to come running back to you to get them started again.
Android however does not make it easy to disable the Home button, and for good reason, but occasionally we want to offer the user that choice. And so without further ado DigitalPowers presents Child Lock for Android!
This simple to use android plugin works for Unity or Unity Pro. To enable child lock you simply make a call to ChildLock.Enable() and let the user walk through a few steps. Now the home button just brings your app back to the front when pressed.
