The particles use Unity's standard particle shaders in both available pipelines. The particle effect materials use the Soft Particles feature, which means you will need to enable the Depth Texture setting in URP to make them display correctly. If you notice invisible particle effects in your project, try disabling the Soft Particles toggle. All particle effects are created with the Shuriken particle system. The asset includes three custom shaders for URP. You can find these in 'Archanor/Magic Arsenal' that is used for the beam effects. These can also be used for particle effects if needed.
