For Unity, use legacy shader (material) and free maps (diffuse, specular, and normal).
If you already work with Unity 5, you can use Setting_unity5. This setting includes other maps for physically based shading (material). Inside the package you can find the documentation that explains the use of these settings on Unity 5.
