An urban collection of over 400 models for building a small city. It includes 91 characters, 37 vehicles, 14 trees/planters, 35 residential buildings, 42 commercial buildings and another 200+ props and models for filling out the world. None of the models are rigged or animated, yet all have box colliders, rigidbodies and wheel colliders where appropriate.
