A complete 24-room high school in clean and abandoned states. Modular, real scale, quad meshes, colliders and URP demo scenes.Build a whole high school, not just a classroom. This kit gives you a complete school building at real-world scale with 24 rooms: classrooms, corridors, lobby, gym, library, cafeteria, music room, science lab, stairwells and washrooms, plus the exterior shell.Every space comes in two states from the same kit:Clean: the school in use.Abandoned: the same spaces left to decay, with peeling paint, debris and collapsed ceilings. Every asset carries both texture sets. The pieces are modular on a 50 cm grid, so you can use the school as it is or rebuild the layout for your own level.Suitable for horror, survival, exploration and story games, cinematics and virtual production.Everything is built by hand and with our own procedural code in Blender. No generative-AI meshes or textures, no scans and no third-party assets.Rooms: 24, plus exterior shellStates: clean and abandoned (two material sets per asset)Unique meshes: 430 assets plus the school shell and 28 shell and dressing partsTriangles: 2 to 243,564 per asset (largest are the building shells), median about 250Topology: 78 percent quads, no n-gons; one optimised mesh per asset (no LOD chain)Collision: BoxCollider on props, MeshCollider on pieces over 1.5 m and on the building shells (set up on the prefabs)UV mapping: yes, plus a lightmap UV channel (UV1) on every asset meshTextures: PBR (BaseColor, Normal, ORM), 128 to 2048 px, plus decalsRigging: noAnimation: noneScale: real-world, 1 unit = 1 m, 50 cm modular gridRender pipeline: URP (Unity 2022.3 or newer); Built-in materials package includedKnown issue: 8 meshes have dense UV1 lightmap islands; use a higher lightmap resolution for them or realtime lighting. The clean demo scene has no room lights, so interiors use ambient light.
