12 pixel-art medieval weapons x 17 variants: plain steel plus 16 animated elemental enchantments. 238 sliced sheets, a prefab and a looping clip for every one. Drag in, it animates.Twelve weapons. Seventeen variants each. Every enchantment animated.Sword, dagger, axe, spear, halberd, war scythe, mace, war hammer, flail, staff, bow and shield - each one in plain steel, and each one in sixteen elemental enchantments on a seamless eight-frame loop. Every weapon exists in every variant: there are no gaps in the grid, so a loot table can roll any weapon against any element.THE ELEMENTSblood, fire, forked, frost, gravity, holy, molten, poison, sandstorm, serrated, shattered, stormcaller, thornbound, thunder, void, water. They are separated by shape and motion, not by a hue swap. Fire rises ragged and streams off the point. Molten is dark crust broken by white-hot cracks that run down the blade. Frost forms on the steel and settles toward the guard. Serrated, shattered, forked and thornbound change the silhouette itself.READY FOR UNITY- 238 sheets, already sliced: 1,807 sprites at 16 pixels per unit, point-filtered, uncompressed- A prefab for every weapon and variant: drag it into the scene and it animates- A looping AnimationClip for every enchantment, for Animator users- SpriteLoop, a small component that plays a loop without an Animator, so a weapon can sit under any character rig without fighting that rig's Animator- The same centre pivot on every weapon: swapping weapons never shifts the grip- The flail in three parts (whole, haft and head) so the head can swing on a joint of your own, plus the head as a throwable spike- A demo scene with all 204 weapons on one rack- Built-in and URP: default sprite material, no custom shadersAll art is original and produced by LumioLab's own procedural pipeline. No generative image model was used for the graphics.Sprite sheets: 238 (PNG, RGBA)Sprites: 1,807Cell size: 22 x 56 px, 2 px paddingPixels per unit: 16Pixel based (not vector)Animated: Yes - 224 loops, 8 frames each, authored for 11 fpsAnimation type: sprite sequence (AnimationClip per loop + SpriteLoop component)Prefabs: 238Scripts: 1 (SpriteLoop.cs, namespace LumioLab.AncientArms)Demo scene: 1Render pipelines: Built-in, URP (default sprite material)Documentation: includedNo generative image model was used. Every sprite is produced by our own deterministic, seeded Python generator (noise fields, colour ramps and hand-authored weapon shapes), so the art is fully reproducible from code. AI coding assistance (an LLM) was used while writing that generator, the Unity build script, the SpriteLoop component and the README. No AI-generated images or textures are included in the package.
