13 stylized pirate ships & boats, from raft to ship of the line, with a harbour dock kit, faction sails and 136 posable parts (cannons, gunports, rudders, sails).13 stylized pirate ships and boats in one matched style, from a driftwood raft to a 10-gun ship of the line, plus a harbour dock kit, faction sails and 136 moving parts you can pose.Use it for a pirate game, naval battle, sea exploration, survival or fishing/harbour sim. Every ship, dock and prop shares one palette material and one metre scale, so a crate fits in the rowboat, a cannon sits behind the galleon's gunport and the ships moor against the docks without any rescaling. Why this packA full upgrade path in one style: raft → canoe → kayak → rowboat → sloop → brig → galleon → ship of the line → royal flagship. Also included: a fishing boat, steam tug, cargo barge, viking longship and an explorable shipwreck.Ships with working parts: gunport lids open, cannons recoil, rudders and wheels turn, sail yards swing, oars row, and hatches and doors open. These are 136 separate named pivots, not fused into the hull. Pose them with FleetPart.SetPose(0..1).Factions out of the box: red, blue and pirate sail sets for the brig, galleon and flagship, as 9 ready faction prefabs, plus a Jolly Roger and red and blue faction flags.Harbour dock kit: 7 modular pieces (straight, T, L, cross, platform, pier end with crane, stairs) with a demo harbour layout, a lighthouse, a bell buoy, an island, a palm and rocks.Pirate props: cannon, cannonballs and powder, anchor, treasure chest, crates, barrels, oar rack and fishing nets.Ready to drop in: Built-in, URP and HDRP prefabs, Mesh LODs (Unity 6.2+), a MeshCollider on every mesh, metre scale, base pivots and 5 demo scenes per pipeline.Good to knowHero ships are 21k–30k triangles at full detail and drop to 3k–5k at the lowest LOD, so the pack targets PC and console, not mobile. The pack does not include a water shader, buoyancy, a sailing controller or animation clips. You pose the moving parts from your own code, and the demo water is a flat plane. What's inside (36 models)Pirate Galleon: 21,524 trisShip of the Line: 30,483 trisRoyal Flagship: 23,076 trisPirate Brig: 15,686 trisSailing Sloop: 10,462 trisViking Longship: 16,196 trisSteam Tug: 13,496 trisCargo Barge: 9,444 trisFishing Boat: 9,190 trisRowboat: 2,500 trisKayak: 2,398 trisDugout Canoe: 2,018 trisDriftwood Raft: 2,426 trisShipwreck Hull: 13,112 trisFaction Sail Sets (18 swap groups on display trestles): 23,136 trisPirate and Faction Flags (3 flags): 3,202 trisDock Straight: 4,674 trisDock T-Junction: 4,272 trisDock L-Corner: 4,316 trisDock Cross: 3,976 trisDock Platform: 3,166 trisDock Pier End with Crane: 5,332 trisDock Stairs: 3,888 trisHarbour Lighthouse: 11,838 trisHarbour Bell Buoy: 2,202 trisShip Cannon: 2,954 trisCannonball and Powder Set: 3,238 trisShip Anchor: 1,600 trisTreasure Chest: 2,650 trisCargo Crate: 1,612 trisCargo Barrel: 1,349 trisLoose Oar Set (rack with 5 oars and paddles): 2,962 trisFishing Net Heap: 2,916 trisSandy Island (small): 7,210 trisPalm Tree: 2,348 trisSea Rock Cluster: 2,823 trisStylized Fleet & Harbour is a set of 36 models that share one palette material and one metre scale. It has 13 sailable vessels, ordered from small to large: driftwood raft, dugout canoe, kayak, rowboat, sloop, pirate brig, galleon, ship of the line and royal flagship. Alongside these are working boats (fishing boat, steam tug, cargo barge) and a viking longship. The pack also has a shipwreck, a seven-piece dock kit, a lighthouse, coastline scenery and deck props. Because everything shares one palette, a crate fits in the rowboat, a cannon sits behind the galleon's gunport and the ships moor against the docks without any rescaling. The pack is aimed at PC and console developers making naval combat, pirate, exploration, survival or harbour-sim games. If your game needs an upgrade path such as raft → canoe → rowboat → ship, or two factions that read apart at a glance, the pack covers that. Moving parts are separate named pivots, not fused into the hull. That includes gunport lids, recoiling cannons, rudders, wheels, sail yards, oars, hatches, doors, the pier crane and the chest lid. A small FleetPart.SetPose(0..1) component drives each part through its tested range.Be aware of what the pack does not include. The hero ships run 21k–30k triangles at full detail, so it is not built for mobile; Mesh LODs (Unity 6.2+) bring them down to 3k–5k at distance. There is no water shader, buoyancy, sailing controller or animation playback. You drive the poses from your own code.Key features- 13 vessels in one style, from a 2.4k-tri raft to a 30k-tri, 10-gun ship of the line, plus a 13k-tri explorable shipwreck- 136 named moving parts with authored ranges: up to 10 gunport lids and 10 recoiling cannons per ship, rudders, wheels, sail yards, oars, hatches, doors, crane arm and hook, chest lid and hasp- Faction system: red, blue and pirate sail sets for the brig, galleon and flagship, installed as 9 ready faction prefabs, plus a Jolly Roger and red and blue faction flags- Modular dock kit: straight, T-junction, L-corner, cross, platform, pier end with crane, and stairs to the waterline. A tested demo harbour layout is included.- One palette material across all 36 pieces. Detail is modelled, not textured: stepped hull strakes, rivet rows, ratlines, carved stern galleries.- Built-in, URP and HDRP prefabs with Mesh LODs for every piece, tested in Unity 6000.5.1f1- Static MeshCollider on every mesh (172 in total)- Metre scale with pivots at the base of each pieceWhat's inside- Pirate Galleon: 21,524 tris- Ship of the Line: 30,483 tris- Royal Flagship: 23,076 tris- Pirate Brig: 15,686 tris- Sailing Sloop: 10,462 tris- Viking Longship: 16,196 tris- Steam Tug: 13,496 tris- Cargo Barge: 9,444 tris- Fishing Boat: 9,190 tris- Rowboat: 2,500 tris- Kayak: 2,398 tris- Dugout Canoe: 2,018 tris- Driftwood Raft: 2,426 tris- Shipwreck Hull: 13,112 tris- Faction Sail Sets (18 swap groups on display trestles): 23,136 tris- Pirate and Faction Flags (3 flags): 3,202 tris- Dock Straight: 4,674 tris- Dock T-Junction: 4,272 tris- Dock L-Corner: 4,316 tris- Dock Cross: 3,976 tris- Dock Platform: 3,166 tris- Dock Pier End with Crane: 5,332 tris- Dock Stairs: 3,888 tris- Harbour Lighthouse: 11,838 tris- Harbour Bell Buoy: 2,202 tris- Ship Cannon: 2,954 tris- Cannonball and Powder Set: 3,238 tris- Ship Anchor: 1,600 tris- Treasure Chest: 2,650 tris- Cargo Crate: 1,612 tris- Cargo Barrel: 1,349 tris- Loose Oar Set (rack with 5 oars and paddles): 2,962 tris- Fishing Net Heap: 2,916 tris- Sandy Island (small): 7,210 tris- Palm Tree: 2,348 tris- Sea Rock Cluster: 2,823 tris36 models: 36 base prefabs plus 9 faction prefabs, each provided for Built-in, URP and HDRP (17.5)Triangles range from 1,349 (barrel) to 30,483 (ship of the line), about 273.5k in total. These are source counts. Unity import counts are within 2% because FBX import drops degenerate faces.Mesh LODs: every model imports with Unity's built-in Mesh LOD (Unity 6.2 or newer), LOD0 plus 3 levels inside each mesh, so moving parts and pivots keep working. Capital ships drop to 3,062–5,173 triangles at the coarsest level. Older Unity versions import without LODs.Each piece ships as an FBX mesh with a Built-in, a URP and an HDRP prefab. inventory.json lists every moving part's name, axis, range and pivot. One shared palette material (flat-colour atlas, 64x64, 1 texture) for every piece. No other image textures, no PBR maps. UV mapped to the palette atlas.Metre scale (1 unit = 1 m). Origin at the base of each piece, centred.Every render mesh has a static, non-convex MeshCollider. No Rigidbody is included. Moving ships need your own convex or compound colliders.Rigging: no. Animation count: 0. Moving parts are named pivot transforms posed with FleetPart.SetPose(0..1); no animation clips or automatic playback. Extreme pose combinations are not clearance-tested.Dock modules have two local deck heights: 1.90 m for straight, T, L and pier end, and 2.50 m for cross and platform. The demo harbour offsets them to one deck level. dock_straight is 6 m long and 4.45 m wide.Included scenes: Harbour, Fleet Comparison, Installed Factions, Hero Details and Mechanisms, in Built-in, URP and HDRP. The demo water is a flat presentation plane.Tested in Unity 6000.5.1f1, in the editor and in a standalone macOS player.Built procedurally in Blender: every model is a Python script, using stepped hull strakes, modelled rivets and ratlines, named pivot hierarchies for all 136 moving parts, and a single 64x64 palette. Claude (Anthropic) coding agents wrote and iterated those scripts against our style guide and specs. No AI image or mesh generators were used. Every piece is checked from renders and validated in Unity 6000.5.1f1 in the editor and a standalone player. Trailer audio was generated with ElevenLabs.
