Character concepts and reference sheets were generated with ChatGPT image generation. The 3D models, rigs, skin weights and animations were generated procedurally in Blender by Python scripts written with the help of Claude (Anthropic), following the publisher's art direction. The publisher reviewed every character and requested many manual corrections (proportions, hands, feet, faces, sizes). Meshes were then optimised for games (decimation, LODs, single palette texture), and the Unity prefabs, controllers and demo scene were built and tested in Unity 2022.3. Marketing images are real renders of the included models.
