Build a modular laundromat with 48 detailed assets, animated machines and 219 clips. Built-in base with optional URP/HDRP support and five interactive demo layouts.Tested in Unity 6000.6.0f1: Built-in, URP 17.6.0 and HDRP 17.6.0. Import the Built-in base, then the matching URP/HDRP support package if needed. Follow Documentation/Render_Pipeline_Guide.md. Use one pipeline per project. No paid Asset Store dependencies.Create a laundromat environment with MetroWash by Rikhi Studio. This collection includes 48 distinct products at metre scale: four washer designs, three dryers, four payment stations, furniture, modular architecture, utility fittings and laundry props.Inspect detailed machine doors, drums, controls, service hardware and rigid component pivots. The package includes 219 native Unity animation clips, ready-made prefabs, colliders, two LOD levels per product and five interactive overview/demo scenes. Use the supplied mechanism controls to demonstrate supported motions, or connect the clips to your own interaction systems.Original 2K PBR maps cover metal, enamel, wood, tile, painted walls and cloth. The full detailed LOD0 geometry is retained. Component-based distant LODs reduce small details while keeping the intended silhouettes and openings. The models suit laundromats, urban interiors and simulation-game environments.Supports Built-in, Universal Render Pipeline and High Definition Render Pipeline on Unity 6000.6.0f1 (URP/HDRP 17.6.0). The main package uses Built-in Standard materials. For URP or HDRP, import the included matching support unitypackage after the base, then follow Documentation/Render_Pipeline_Guide.md. These GUID-preserving adapters replace shared materials and adapt the five demo scenes. Choose one pipeline per project; adapters do not install pipeline packages or automatically change customer project settings. Other editor/pipeline versions are not validated.Important scope: mechanical, payment, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and clock components are illustrative game assets. There is no operating laundry/payment/service-system simulation, cloth physics or system-clock synchronization. Cloth props use static authored folds and normal maps. Glass uses alpha transparency and may require sorting adjustments in overlapping views. Ceiling lights include emissive surfaces; add scene lights as needed. Graphics and prices on products are fictional.Media disclosure: the cover, card and icon are Blender Eevee renders of actual exported product geometry. The ten individual gallery images are actual Unity URP renders. The Sketchfab video/3D preview is a separate assembly made from the collection. The Unity package includes the five tested overview/demo scenes; the newly assembled Sketchfab interior is not included as a native Unity scene. The package includes FBX transport files and native Unity assets. Editable Blender masters are retained in a separate production-source archive and are not included in this Asset Store upload.AI tools assisted concept development, Blender Python/C# authoring and workflow automation under publisher direction. Models are editable Blender geometry with UVs and rigid pivots; maps use original deterministic palette, grain and fibre generation. AI-generated concept references are not represented as product screenshots. No purchased or scanned third-party models/textures are included. Unity render-pipeline dependencies retain their own licenses. Bundled Blender font glyph geometry is used for original product labels; no font binary is redistributed. See the included Third_Party_Notices.md and AI_Use_Provenance.md.48 unique product prefabs; 258 native mesh assets. Variants, LODs, chambers and components are not counted as unique products.17 original texture images, each 2048 x 2048 pixels: base colour, tangent normals and shared metallic/smoothness atlas. The HDRP adapter adds one 2048 x 2048 packed mask map (18 images after HDRP import). Twelve shared pipeline-specific PBR materials; some colours, emission and roughness use material parameters.LOD0 triangle counts per complete product: 1,384 to 180,905; cumulative LOD0: 1,731,986. LOD1: 72 to 92,916. Counts are measured native Unity triangles, not quads. See Documentation/Technical_Table.md for the per-product breakdown. Two LOD levels per product, configured in LODGroups. Full LOD0 retained; component-specific distant detail reductions.219 native animation clips. Rigid hierarchical component pivots, no skinned-character rig. Motion types include hinged doors and panels, translating drawers/trays, handles, folding supports, wheels/casters, drums, clock hands and fan rotor.Five native overview/demo scenes with demonstration controls. Static products intentionally have no Animator.UV mapping: yes. UV0 materials and UV1 lightmap channels. Metre scale; identity prefab roots and deliberate component pivots.Colliders included. Unity FBX transport files and normalized native meshes are included; runtime prefabs reference native meshes.Verified target: Unity 6000.6.0f1, Built-in Standard, URP 17.6.0 Lit and HDRP 17.6.0 Lit. Built-in base plus included optional GUID-preserving URP/HDRP material/scene support archives. Follow the included Render_Pipeline_Guide; choose one pipeline per project. No external runtime API, network service or paid plugin is required.Validation: exact-package clean import of all 48 prefabs/five scenes passed. Native mechanical PlayMode tests and final affected rechecks passed on the stated target.OpenAI image generation was used for concept/reference images. OpenAI Codex assisted Blender Python and Unity C# authoring, deterministic texture-generation scripts, layout, integration and validation automation under publisher direction. The delivered meshes are editable authored Blender geometry, not generated 3D scans. Generated concept PNGs are references, not marketing screenshots or runtime texture maps. Actual Unity and Blender exports were inspected; source checkpoints and provenance are retained.
