Create a welcoming cafe with 22 coordinated props, modular counters, editable Blender sources and two organized Unity showcase scenes.Tested in Unity 6000.3.25f1 with URP 17.3.0, Forward renderer, Linear color space and UGUI 2.0.0. Samples use Input Manager (Old) or Both on Windows Standalone at 1600 x 900. No paid Asset Store dependencies. Built-in, HDRP, Gamma, other renderer modes, mobile and other screen sizes are untested.Morning Service combines cream and teal cabinetry, warm walnut, fabric seating, pale ceramics and brass details for bakery, restaurant and social-space scenes. The kit contains 22 distinct designs and 22 standalone model prefabs:• Five service modules: straight cabinet counter, outside corner counter, pastry display counter, hinged staff gate module and backbar shelf.• Five furniture designs: square bistro table, round cafe table, bistro chair, bar stool and two-seat bench.• Three equipment designs: espresso machine, coffee grinder and countertop till.• Two fixtures: pendant lamp and blank wall menu board.• Seven tabletop and decor designs: saucer, mug, serving tray, lidded takeout cup, cake stand, croissant and potted herb.Browse five categories in the catalogue scene, select individual designs, examine their dimensions and inspect them with the turntable and camera controls. Selected views isolate the chosen design; Gallery overview restores the collection. The service-corner scene opens on a populated counter with the espresso machine, grinder, till and mugs. It provides Straight, L and U counter arrangements, a staff-gate control and three tabletop composition examples. Reset camera returns to the opening view. Its layouts are saved prefab instances that can be edited before Play. The browsing and layout controls appear during Play. The package includes 22 editable Blender sources in a portable source ZIP, FBX exports, native Unity meshes and prefabs, materials, walnut and fabric albedos, three supporting UI sprites and both sample scenes.Counter modules use deliberate assembly origins. Loose props use support or attachment pivots for placement on tables, trays, walls and ceilings. Repeated sample placements are examples assembled from the same designs and are not counted as additional models. The matching Morning Service - Bakery & Cafe Icons is a separate product. Its 40 food icons are not included in this kit.Configuration: Unity 6000.3.25f1, URP 17.3.0, Forward renderer, Linear color space, UGUI 2.0.0, Windows Standalone at 1600 x 900. Samples use Input Manager (Old) or Both. Add both sample scenes to the active Build Profile for navigation. The README explains the included URP settings; there are no paid Asset Store dependencies.Models: 22 distinct designs and 22 native model prefabs. One copy of each totals 71,180 split renderer vertices and 62,974 triangles, with 119 renderers, 119 material slots referencing 116 distinct material assets, and 23 MeshColliders. Individual designs range from 432 to 6,684 triangles. Counts exclude repeated placements, demonstration floors, walls, supports and UI.Blender sources: Blender 5.1.2; 32,545 source vertices, 32,104 source polygons and 62,974 source triangles across the 22 designs. Source polygons and Unity split vertices are different counts. The included inventory records each design.Units and pivots: metres, +Y up and +Z front. Native prefab roots have unit scale and identity rotation. Counter origins are at the back-left floor corner; pendant and wall fixtures use attachment origins.Textures and materials: two 1024 x 1024 RGB albedo PNGs for walnut and fabric; three RGBA sample UI sprites. Colors, metallic and smoothness values also use material properties. The croissant preserves mesh vertex colors through the included URP shader.UV mapping: UV0 is supplied with reused and tiled coordinates. No non-overlapping baked atlas or approved lightmap UV layout is included. LOD count: 0. No normal maps or packed MAOS maps are supplied.Rigging: no skinned rig. Animation clips: 0. The example staff gate moves a rigid child around its hinge. L and U layouts preserve their saved 95-degree opening caps; Straight and the reusable gate prefab use 100 degrees.Collision: fitted non-convex MeshColliders for static placement, including a separate gate-leaf collider. Dynamic Rigidbody physics is not supplied. The catalogue outline displays collider bounding boxes, rather than their triangle surfaces.Samples: MorningService_Catalogue and MorningService_ServiceCorner. Includes category selection, turntable, collider bounds, orbit/zoom, Gallery/Home view, UI visibility, scene navigation, counter layout switching, gate controls, mug/saucer, mug/tray and espresso-station arrangements. No cafe economy, brewing simulation, POS system or menu editor is included; the till display and menu board are blank geometry.Material limits: glass uses a URP transparent approximation of Blender transmission. Pendant emission makes the bulb surface visible; it does not supply baked lighting or illuminate the room. Blender and Unity lighting can produce different appearances.Interchange: the croissant FBX is an explicitly triangulated derivative of its GoldenCrescent v03 Blender source. Native Unity prefabs provide the documented orientation and material setup. Raw FBX imports in other applications may require axis and material setup.Built-in, HDRP, Gamma color space, other renderer modes, mobile and other screen sizes are untested. No performance claim is made.ChatGPT in the Agent Assets project generated original design and showroom references, walnut/fabric artwork and the three supporting UI sprites. AI assistance was also used for Blender mesh construction, UV and material setup, Python automation, Unity scripts and shaders, documentation and quality review. The models contain editable Blender geometry and actual FBX exports. Gallery images show the delivered Unity assets; generated reference images are not presented as product renders.
