Build a colorful cartoon town with a third-person character demo. Includes 25 body variants, 23 building prefabs, 63 city modules, pedestrians, traffic, road markings, and four showcase scenes. The included demo scene is configured for the Universal Render Pipeline (URP). Built-in Render Pipeline and HDRP compatibility has not been verified.Modular Toon City and Character Pack combines a walkable cartoon town with a stylized character and animation sample for Unity.CITY ENVIRONMENTThe CityWalkthrough demo arranges 58 buildings across a compact 43.6 × 58 m town. It includes connected streets, lane markings, stop lines, crosswalks, sidewalks, parking, a central park, shops, a hospital forecourt, street props, and baked URP lighting. The scene demonstrates 28 pedestrian bots, six traffic bots with varied speeds, and working traffic signals.CHARACTERS AND ANIMATIONIncludes 25 body variants with the same ordered 65-bone naming layout, a rigged yellow-shirt base character, a third-person movement and shoulder-camera sample, 31 source animation clips on the animated base FBX, and six prepared TPS clips. The animated base has seven facial blend shapes: Smile, Angry, Sad, Wow, Ironic, Happy, and Asleep. The seven blend shapes are on the animated base only.MODULAR CONTENTIncludes 23 building prefabs and 63 additional city module prefabs for roads, cars, trees, and props, plus 25 static clothing meshes and 25 static headgear meshes. Four scenes are provided: CityWalkthrough, CityBuildingCatalog, CharacterShowcase, and AssetStoreShowroom. The clothing and headgear are static meshes and are not skinned to the animated rig. They are not runtime-swappable outfits in this version. The 25 body variants use matching bone naming for shared animation workflows; the sample animated rig and its source clips are provided separately. The sample controller uses Unity's legacy Input Manager. Projects configured for the Input System only may need an input adapter or Active Input Handling set to Both. Most city buildings are exterior assets; building interiors and door interaction are not included. Traffic and pedestrians use fixed demo routes rather than a general navigation system.AI/ML disclosure: AI-assisted tools helped develop some Unity gameplay code and scene setup, including the traffic and pedestrian demo systems. The 3D models, textures, and animations are project assets. Marketing screenshots are direct Unity captures, not AI-generated images.Character assets: 25 body variant FBX models, 25 static clothing meshes, 25 static headgear meshes.Rigging: The 25 body variants share the same ordered 65-bone naming layout. The yellow-shirt base is rigged and includes a Generic avatar.Animations: 31 source clips on the animated base FBX; six TPS sample clips and an example controller.Blend shapes: Seven facial blend shapes on the animated base only.City assets: 23 building prefabs and 63 modular city prefabs (roads, cars, vegetation, and props).Demo scene: 58 buildings in an approximately 43.6 × 58 m city; 28 pedestrian bots; six traffic bots; working signals; marked roads and crosswalks; baked URP lighting.Scenes: CityWalkthrough, CityBuildingCatalog, CharacterShowcase, AssetStoreShowroom.Textures: 91 linked city base-color maps.Input: Legacy Input Manager (keyboard and mouse); Input System-only projects may need an adapter.Limitations: Clothing/headgear meshes are static and are not skinned for runtime outfit swapping. The sample city uses fixed traffic and pedestrian routes. No building interiors or door interactions.AI-assisted tools helped develop some Unity C# gameplay code and scene setup, including the character controller and traffic/pedestrian demo systems.
