Build a modern laundromat in Unity URP with modular interiors, washers, dryers, clothing, service equipment, furnished zones and example machine interactions.Built for Unity 6.3 LTS (6000.3) and Universal Render Pipeline (URP). Materials use URP/Lit and URP/Unlit shaders; no extra Asset Store packages are required. Open the included demo scene with URP active for the intended lighting, post-processing and light probes. Built-in RP and HDRP are not supported without material conversion.Build a modern laundry shop, a dry-cleaning workspace or a believable everyday interior. Modern Laundromat brings together modular architecture, laundry equipment and the small props that make the room feel used.90 original models include commercial and domestic washing machines, dryers, a dry-cleaning press, steam and ironing tools, payment equipment, water-service modules, exhaust ducts, cleaning supplies, baskets, garment storage, folded textiles and hanging clothing.Start from the furnished showcase, reuse the assembled work zones, or build your own layout from the individual prefabs. Separate moving parts and included C# examples demonstrate opening doors, sliding service parts and machine cycles.Included presentation: a lit showcase scene, an asset gallery, modular room pieces, three LOD levels per model and URP materials with original surface textures and fictional labels. This is an environment and prop kit with example interactions. It does not include a complete business simulator, economy, NPC system or multiplayer. Unity 6 URP is the supported pipeline; HDRP and Built-in conversions are not supplied. Core architecture, lighting, utility props and scripting patterns are shared with the BytesWeavers Data Center collection; signature equipment and layouts differ.Publisher: BytesWeaversWebsite: https://bytesweavers.techModels: 90 FBX; prefabs: 103; scenes: 2 (Showcase and Asset Gallery).Three mesh LOD levels per model. Inventory triangle totals, one copy of each model: LOD0 524,073; LOD1 490,313; LOD2 463,305. Per-model LOD0 range: 12–57,648 triangles. These are inventory totals, not a scene performance measurement.Materials: 23. Textures: 12 procedural PBR surface sets and one graphic atlas, totaling 37 authored 2048 × 2048 PNGs. Baked lightmaps and reflection maps are additional. BaseColor, Normal and MetallicSmoothness maps; metallic in R, smoothness in A, roughness = 1 - A. Normal maps represent procedural surface detail rather than high-poly sculpt bakes.UV0 authored; secondary lightmap UVs generated on import. No skeletal rigs or animation clips. Included C# examples control hinges, drums, sliding parts and machine-cycle interlocks. Static non-convex mesh colliders and moving-part box colliders are configured.Modular 2 × 2 m floors and 2 × 3 m wall bays with corner pivots. Door hinges are separate. Assembly prefabs require lighting integration or rebaking in the destination scene.Supported editor: Unity 6000.3.21f1. Render pipeline: URP 17.3.0 only. Built-in and HDRP versions are not included. The example controls use Input Manager (Old) or Both. No paid dependencies. Intended for desktop projects; mobile, console and XR performance is not certified.AI assistance was used to write and refine procedural Blender geometry, surface-texture generation, Unity C# interaction scripts, scene assembly, documentation and listing text. Models and textures are original generated assets using fictional labels. Geometry, imported Unity renders and interactions were checked and iterated. Promotional screenshots and trailer footage are captured from the included Unity scene; they are not AI concept renders.
