A five-storey Japanese city building with storefronts, window-view interiors, three LODs, editable Blender sources, and controllable room and sign lighting.Default import: Built-in Render Pipeline. Optional URP 17.3 packages are included under Documentation and must be imported into a separate URP project as described in the README. Tested with Unity 6000.3.5f2. HDRP is not supported. Windows placement/display was checked; Windows lighting and performance have not been fully validated.World3DWorks Sample Building A is a detailed five-storey building inspired by regional Japanese cities. The first floor includes a convenience store, building entrance and cafe. The second floor includes a real-estate office, vacant tenant space and print shop; floors 3–5 contain offices.Includes three detail levels, configured Unity LOD prefabs and demonstration scenes, editable Blender sources, FBX models, 15 interior lighting zones and four controllable sign-letter groups. Built-in and URP versions are supplied separately; import the version matching your project.Designed for exterior environments and views through windows. Complete walkable interiors, animated doors or elevators, colliders and NavMesh are not included. Interior geometry and multiple real-time lights can be demanding. Reduce active lights, shadows and LOD detail for your hardware. No frame-rate guarantee is made. The current release was checked in Unity 6000.3.5f2 on macOS. Windows placement and display were checked by the creator; Windows lighting and performance were not tested. HDRP, Unreal Engine and VRChat runtime are untested. Blender and Unity appearance can differ.Unity 6000.3.5f2. Built-in version supplied by default; URP 17.3.0 version supplied as a separate optional import. HDRP is not supported. One five-storey building; three FBX LOD files and one configured LOD prefab.Unity LOD triangles: High 120,354; Mid 67,746; Low 38,706.15 room zones, 30 lights and 4 sign-letter groups.LOD transitions: screen-relative height 0.55 / 0.25 / 0.05; culling below 0.05.Material-based surface colours; no external texture files required.Static and unrigged; no animations, colliders or NavMesh.Three editable Blender 5.0.1 source files are included in a ZIP archive.Text is editable in Blender; Unity/FBX text is display mesh geometry.Blender sources embed Noto Sans CJK under SIL Open Font License 1.1; see Third-Party Notices.txt.Import and lighting/LOD checks: macOS, Unity 6000.3.5f2. Windows checks cover placement/display only; lighting and performance are untested. The demo scenes contain example lighting. Real-time shadows and dense interior meshes can be demanding. URP can reduce shadow resolution automatically when its shadow atlas is full; reduce shadow-casting lights or adjust the atlas for your project.OpenAI Codex assisted with Blender Python scripts for procedural construction and refinement of building geometry, storefronts, furniture and editable Japanese text; preparation of three LOD levels; Unity prefab, lighting-control and demonstration-scene setup; documentation, packaging and automated checks. The creator directed the building layout, tenant selection and visual corrections. Marketing renders show the supplied asset. This release uses material-based surface colours and mesh text rather than the texture-backed interiors of the earlier submission.
