One material, mobile-ready URP.Built for URP (Unity 6): one URP Simple Lit material and one 512x512 palette texture, no custom shaders. Built-in RP: switch M_LowPoly_Palette's shader to Standard (Smoothness 0) and assign LowPoly_Palette_512 as its texture; the models need no changes (see Documentation/Guide.pdf). HDRP: not supported.Build your own town, not just place one. Low Poly World Builder is a modular kit for low-poly cities, suburbs and countryside: streets snap together on one grid, buildings are assembled from wall, roof and porch panels, and 48 ready-made houses, buildings, parks and nature clusters let you start right away. Great for city builders, driving, simulation, casual and mobile games. What's inside- Roads (63): 2-lane and 1-lane tiles (straights, corners, curves, junctions, crossings, dead ends, parking bay), flyovers with ramps and stackable piers, dirt and gravel country roads.- NYC-style buildings (113): wall panels in 5 materials (shopfronts, restaurants, bays, balconies), corners, parapets, rooftop gear, fire escapes, awnings.- Suburban houses (269): clapboard walls in 5 colours with bays, oriels and turrets; 35° roofs (gables, hips, valleys, dormers) in 3 shingle colours; porches, decks, chimneys.- Nature (109): 13 tree types × 3 variants, bushes, hedges, grass, flowers, rocks, logs, mushrooms, pots and planters.- Street props (48), fences, walls & barriers (24), parks & market (55).- Vehicles (28): cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and trucks in 3 colours, taxi, police, ambulance, fire engine, city bus. The scripts were written with the help of an AI coding assistant (Claude). I set the art direction, proportions and reference blueprints, reviewed every asset in Blender and Unity, and had them revised over many iterations. No AI image or 3D-generation models were used; all meshes are clean, editable low-poly geometry.
