This is an asset-file count, not a claim of 258 different designs.• 259 prefabs: 53 buildings, 76 building/rooftop props, 72 street props, 35 vehicles, and 23 road/sidewalk pieces.• Two fire-hydrant prefabs share the same base mesh.• 200 additional FBX files provide LOD1 and LOD2 meshes for 100 selected prefabs; 458 FBX files in total.• One arranged city demo scene: City_Demo.POLYGON COUNTS• All geometry counts below are triangles, as imported into Unity.• Across the 258 base model assets, excluding additional LOD meshes: minimum 2, maximum 68,695, average approximately 4,599 triangles per model.• Lowest-count example: SM_NYC_RD_Asphalt_Fill_001 — 2 triangles.• Highest-count example: SM_NYC_BLD_Midrise_ShopRow_001 — 68,695 triangles.• Highest-detail triangle ranges per prefab category: Buildings: 878–68,695. Building/rooftop props: 10–1,058. Street props: 2–2,102. Vehicles: 2,254–2,904. Roads/sidewalks: 2–70.• These are asset counts, not demo-scene or per-frame rendering totals.LODS• 100 prefabs have three levels: LOD0, LOD1 and LOD2, configured with Unity LODGroups.• Coverage: 50 buildings, 35 vehicles, 6 street props and 9 building/rooftop props.• The other 159 prefabs have no additional LOD levels.• Combined triangle counts for the 100 LOD-enabled prefabs, counted once per prefab at each level: LOD0 1,151,993; LOD1 949,395; LOD2 796,477.• Individual LOD triangle counts and switching settings are provided in Documentation/LOD.md.TEXTURES AND MATERIALS• 185 PNG textures: 45 at 1024 × 1024 and 140 at 2048 × 2048.• Texture map type: Base Color / Albedo, with an alpha channel in some textures.• No separate Normal, Metallic, Roughness, Smoothness, Ambient Occlusion, Height or Emission texture maps are included.• 215 materials: 214 Universal Render Pipeline/Lit materials and one Skybox/Procedural material.• URP/Lit materials use Base Color textures and material values for properties such as metallic and smoothness.• All included model meshes have UV0 coordinates.RIGGING AND ANIMATION• Static environment models; no skinned mesh renderers are included in the prefabs.• Animation clips: 0. No animation sequences are included.• Vehicles are static props. Wheel animation, vehicle controllers, player controls and gameplay systems are not included.COLLISION AND LIGHTING• 115 prefabs include colliders.• The demo uses realtime directional sunlight, ambient lighting and a color-grading volume; baked lightmaps are not required.• No custom runtime scripts are required for model display or LOD switching.DOCUMENTATION• README_Installation.txt — installation and URP setup.• Daylight.md — lighting setup.• LOD.md — LOD coverage, counts and switching settings.• COLLIDERS.md — collider information. The original 3D models and textures were created by the publisher, without AI generation.OpenAI Codex was used to write automation code for Unity project setup, prefab configuration, LOD mesh processing, collider setup, lighting configuration, and package validation. Codex also assisted with writing the included documentation. The resulting Unity prefabs, processed LOD meshes, collider and lighting configurations, and documentation are included in this package. The LOD meshes were derived from the publisher's original models.
