17 procedural backgrounds and 39 presets for Unity URP, with audio response, a preset browser and PNG sequence export.Give your menus, title screens and intermissions a background that moves with the mood of your game. Amazing Animated Backdrops includes 17 procedural effects, from soft waves and drifting clouds to rotating geometry, circuit traces and data rain.Start with one of 39 presets, then adjust its colours, shape and motion in the Inspector or the included preset browser. Every effect has a ready-to-use prefab. Named alternatives change the geometry and palette: coral wave ribbons, a square reactor tunnel, hexagonal tiles and amber data rain. Lower the speed or use Composition controls when the foreground needs the attention. The browser lets you compare looks, crossfade between them, reverse playback and save your own presets. Darkening, vignette and quiet-area controls help leave room for text. Effects fit the assigned camera, including portrait and landscape views.Add audio response to animate brightness, geometry and motion from a soundtrack. Geometric and cybernetic effects respond separately to bass, mids, treble and attacks. Analyze a track to scrub through the response or export it at repeatable frame times.Capture a still PNG or export a PNG sequence for use in a video editor. Authored motion can loop seamlessly; audio-reactive loops need both effect and soundtrack timing to match. The included guide explains timing, reverse playback and external encoding.- 17 procedural effect types, 17 prefabs and 39 built-in presets. Preset variants are included in that count.- C# components, shader source, Unity Inspectors, a browser scene and a minimal Rays scene.- Camera fitting for perspective and orthographic views; layer ordering and opacity controls.- Playback range in browser and Inspector: -10x to +10x, plus pause, restart and scrubbing.- Standard presets and named alternatives; seeded variation, shuffle locks and saved visual looks.- Browser crossfades: up to two active effects. Direct scene prefabs do not use the browser mixer.- Low, Medium and High quality settings limit shader work; they do not change output resolution.- Live audio bands and onset detection, plus a stored 60 Hz analysis timeline for repeatable playback.- WAV importer: mono/stereo RIFF, signed 16/24/32-bit PCM or 32-bit float, 8-192 kHz, up to 10 minutes and 128 MiB decoded samples per track. Compressed WAV, RF64 and WAVE_FORMAT_EXTENSIBLE are unsupported.- Browser captures: 1280x720, 1920x1080, 720x1280 or 1080x1920; sequences at 24/30/60 fps for 1-10 seconds.- Capture API: each dimension 16-4096 pixels, 1-60 fps, duration greater than zero and up to 30 seconds.- Exports include frame PNGs and sequence metadata. Analyzed exports also include the saved audio analysis, but no music data.- No dependency on purchased third-party assets. URP is required.OpenAI Codex was used as an AI-assisted development tool to help draft, review, and debug portions of the C# runtime and Editor code, HLSL shaders, documentation, and product copy. I manually directed the design, reviewed and revised the output, integrated it into Unity, created and tuned the presets, and tested the final package. The package does not use AI at runtime. The included music was composed and produced by Quadrivo.
