The Unity package includes eight individually named FBX models, eight prefabs with static MeshColliders, Built-in Standard materials, an IMK_Showcase demo scene, and documentation. Modules align to a 2 metre construction grid: floor grate, support pillar, solid wall, utility wall, ceiling panel, door frame, catwalk rail, and overhead cable tray. Static, unrigged geometry only; no animations, LODs, image texture maps, or URP/HDRP variants are included. Tested in Unity 6000.4.0f1 (Unity 6.4).
