A modular sci-fi facility kit: 15 snap-together meshes on a 2 m grid, photoreal PBR materials, LODs and collision on every mesh, and a fully lightmapped example scene of 10 rooms and 10 corridors.Build corridors, halls and bays that fit together the first time.Every piece is authored to the same 2 m grid and 3 m wall module, so walls, doorways and windows are drop-in replacements for one another. Swap a plain wall for a glazed one and the joint still closes. The example scene is assembled from nothing but these pieces: 973 instances across 20 rooms and corridors, including double-height halls built by stacking the same wall module rather than by modelling a taller one.The demo scene ships already lightmapped. Its lightmaps and reflection probes are inside the package, so it looks correct the moment you import it, with no bake of your own.SETUPThe kit is authored for the Universal Render Pipeline and Linear colour space. A .unitypackage cannot carry project settings or the pipeline assignment, so on first import the kit offers to apply them. They are also available from Tools > Sci-Fi Facility Kit > Apply Recommended Project Settings. The URP asset the demo was tuned with ships under Rendering/, so a project on a Built-in template can be switched over in one step once the Universal RP package is installed.HONEST NOTESUniversal Render Pipeline (Forward+), Linear colour space. There is no HDRP or Built-in set. The kit is stylistically one thing: a clean, painted-panel facility interior. It is not a grimy industrial set.Number of textures: 19, plus one 8K deep-space HDRITexture dimensions: 2048 x 2048 (surface maps), 8192 x 4096 (HDRI)Minimum polygon count: 540 trianglesMaximum polygon count: 3,864 trianglesNumber of meshes/prefabs: 15 meshes in 14 FBX files, 14 prefabs (the sliding door carries two leaves)Polygon count of the whole kit: 28,028 triangles at LOD0Rigging: NoAnimation count: 0UV mapping: Yes, plus unique lightmap UVs on every meshLOD information: 3 LODs on every mesh, generated and validated in the buildTypes of materials and texture maps: URP/Lit, PBR metallic workflow.
