Thirty science fiction sound effects covering the whole ship - weapons and energy, engines and ambiences, computer interfaces, doors and servos, and alarms.Thirty science fiction sound effects for games, film and interactive fiction. A working toolkit across the whole ship: weapons and energy, engines and ambiences, computer interfaces, doors and servos, and the alarms for when it all goes wrong. Dry and unreverbed so they process and layer cleanly.WHAT'S INCLUDED30 sound effects, uncompressed WAV, 44.1 kHz 16-bit stereo. Every file verified below -0.3 dB true peak after Unity's import re-encode, so nothing clips once imported. Consistent naming, and a README documenting every file.WEAPONS AND ENERGYlaser-shot, plasma-shot, rail-cannon, weapon-charge, weapon-overheat, shield-up, force-field-humENGINES AND FLIGHTengine-idle, engine-startup, engine-room-ambience, thruster-burst, hyperdrive-jumpCOMPUTER AND INTERFACEcomputer-beep, computer-denied, scanner-sweep, teleport-in, teleport-outDOORS AND MECHANISMSairlock-open, blast-door, robot-power-downALARMS AND FAILUREalarm-klaxon, power-failure, hull-breachLICENSERoyalty-free for commercial and non-commercial projects, including games you sell. Generation was the starting point rather than the finished product. Every file was then screened and corrected by hand:Screening - each file was checked by ear and by measurement. Files that came back silent, flat, duplicated, or without usable dynamics were discarded and regenerated from a revised prompt.Level work - levels were measured with ffmpeg. Files that clipped were attenuated, and files left far below the pack's ceiling were raised. Sample peak alone was not trusted: every file was re-measured for inter-sample true peak, which is what actually clips on playback. All 30 files are verified below -0.3 dB true peak.Loop work - the engine and ambience beds were checked for seam discontinuity and crossfaded where the loop point was audible, with the fade length chosen per file by measurement rather than a fixed value.Curation and documentation - files were named consistently by function, grouped into weapons, engines, interfaces, doors and alarms, and documented individually in the included README.No AI was used for the store artwork. The key images are generated procedurally from the pack's own audio waveform.
