Dynamic Rain System for Unity 6+ built with VFX Graph, providing Lit/Unlit support and fully customizable rain effects. Quickly set up rain in your scene.The asset includes two separate .unitypackage files (one for URP, one for HDRP).The asset is not compatible with the Built-in Render Pipeline.The system is designed and tested for Desktop (PC/Mac/Linux).Note on Mobile/XR: Performance and visual consistency outside of Desktop environments are not guaranteed.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🌊 CASCADING RAIN SIMULATION · The system utilizes a multi-stage GPU event architecture, linking raindrop collisions to the immediate generation of splash particles, water ripples, and localized impact mist.🌐 AREA-BASED DENSITY SPAWNING · Automatically calculates the total spawn area (Box) and maintains a consistent raindrop density per unit when adjusting the Area Width and Area Depth parameters.📐 RIPPLE ANGLE FILTER · Evaluates the collision normal against a customizable angle threshold to ensure water ripples only spawn on flat horizontal surfaces and ignore vertical walls.🏔️ ANGLE-AWARE SPLASH KINEMATICS · Splashes physically bounce relative to the surface slope using the collision normal, controlled by separate upward and radial multipliers.🧠 45+ EXPOSED PARAMETERS · Provides full Inspector control over particle lifetime, velocity stretch multipliers, color gradients, and physics, available in both physically Lit and Unlit variants.🧊 DEPTH BUFFER COLLISIONS · Raindrops physically interact with the environment, utilizing the camera's depth buffer to evaluate surface hits, trigger impact events, and calculate particle lifetime loss.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━The package provides a simple way to add rain effects to a scene using ready-to-use presets or fully customizable variants. Included effects support rain drops, splashes, ripples, impact mist, global mist, and simple wind simulation.Both Lit and Unlit versions are included, along with support for Box (main), Circle, and Sphere spawn shapes.
