After that, I undertook extensive manual work:I manually separated the character into individual parts (head, body, wings, etc.).I rebuilt and animated the character manually using the pixel art editor Piskel.I created all the animation logic inside Unity using the Animator.I also implemented a sample script and basic enemy AI to demonstrate how the asset could be used in a game.
