Import the package into your URP project. In the "Materials" folder, select the "artifact_7_MAT_URP" and "artifact_7_TRANSP_MAT_URP" material, then go to "Edit/Rendering/Materials/Convert Selected Built-in Materials to URP" (maybe "Emission" is activated so turn it off on both materials). Now drag the "artifact_7_URP" prefab from the "Prefabs" folder into your scene.
