The house is white with black and wooden accents. All textures except solar are uv mapped. For a realistic look like in the video, the light needs to be baked and the scene rendered. So in the standard Unity Shader, light and reflections can look a little different.I also used the water prefab from the Standard Assets, so you should have those installed.
