Simulates a high quality aquarelle-painting effect
the effect provides several adjustments including:
* adjust brightness/contrast of source
* color adjust -> (color/bw)
* pencil-predraw outlines
* separarte adjustment of outlines/aquarele intensity
* vignetting of both content (to paper color) and final image (to black)
* setting custom paper texture
* also supports HDRP render pipeline
(HDRP is disabled by default for compatibility reasons - see readme on how to enable)
* also supports URP render pipeline
(URP is disabled by default for compatibility reasons - see readme on how to enable)
