This shader gives you the typical long-streched highlights of straight hair. I designed it for easy use.
- Select hair- and highlight-color easily via colorchooser.
- Texture for hairstructure and alpha is included, you may use your own if you want to.
- Renders both front- and backside of a face (though I recommend "closed" hairstyles with not of many separate strands).

Included:
- Shaderfile
- Blond-Hair, Brown-Hair, Red-Hair and two different Black-Hair materials, with all the values already set (you can create other colors quite easily, too).
- One female hairstyle (and head)
- Sample-scene (the picture is a screenshot of it)
Note:
If you want to use this shader for your own hairstyles, you might in some cases need to rearrange your UVs:
The UVs must be aligned in a way so that the hair on the texture can flow directly vertical. Changing the texture will not help with this, as it is the specular itself that is influenced by the UVs.
Known issues/restrictions:
- Spotlight-cookies will not work with this shader.
- Has not been tested with shadows yet
- Hairstyles out of lots of strands might produce sorting errors.
