[EveryDay Items] Modular Street Collection

This package includes 85 unique prefabs to construct a street scene.

You get 33 modular street prefabs.
Those street prefabs have one texture atlas for the roads (4096x4096 px diffuse/normal/specular) and one for the sidewalks.
You should be able to swap the sidewalk materials with any tileable texture you want to use.
Three sidewalk textures are included (1024x1024 px diffuse/normal/specular).

There are also 34 unique street props to populate your city.
Most of those models use 1024x1024 textures. (diffuse/normal/specular)
Some have an additional illumination map.

You also get 18 traffic light prefabs which use one 1024x1024 texture atlas (diffuse/normal/specular/illumination).

The .blend files are included.
