This package contains a modular New-York suburb style building. You can add as much floors as you want in this building. Then, you can add walls, furnitures, doors and a lot of other stuffs inside, to make your own building.

- different parts to assemble the building (a ground floor, a floor and a roof).
- six different stairwells (two for the ground floor, two standard for each floor and two for the roof).
- two different apartments (one with only one door and an other one with two doors).
- a collection of walls to arrange the interior.
- more than 70 prefabs to populate the building.
