The World Space Crosshair is a reticle that exists in the 3D world space with the rest of your game, rather than as a screen space GUI piece. This is necessary because 2D screen space crosshairs are completely unusable in VR or the Oculus Rift. Of course, this 3D crosshair can be useful for non-VR games, too, if your project needs it.
