The models come with Diffuse maps and have two variants, sorted over two scenes:

High texture-detail scene
Each skyscraper has its own 2048x2048 Diffuse map.
Low texture-detail scene
To reduce draw calls the 30 models share two 4096x4096 Diffuse maps.
