Drop-in rustic props for Unity: 22 farm and apiary models with their own PBR textures, FBX and GLB prefabs, named sockets for FX and gameplay, and a studio demo scene.AI was used as an assistant, not to generate the finished assets. Blender work was done byhand with AI chat help for technique and troubleshooting. The two C# scripts and the userguide were written with AI assistance, then reviewed, adapted and tested by me in Unity2022.3 and Unity 6. Documentation - drafted with AI assistance from my own notes, then edited by me.Rustic Farm Kit — 22 stylized farm, village and apiary props for UnityRustic Farm Kit is a modular prop set built around a rustic apiary, a honey workshop and a traditional farmstead. Every prop is modelled to real-world scale (1 unit = 1 metre) with clean topology, uniform scale and SM_ naming, so the pieces sit together without resizing or cleanup.WHAT YOU GET• 22 props: two tables, a chair and a stool, a wooden mug and a tumbler, a woven apple basket, two jar crates, a honey source barrel, a tap bucket, a trash bin, two beehives, five honey jars (empty A/B/C, half, full), a glass carafe, a balance scale and a dog bowl.• 44 prefabs — every prop in both FBX and GLB form, ready to drop into a scene.• 132 PBR textures — one set per prop, six maps each.• 41 named sockets — attachment points on every prop: container mouths, lids, jar spawns, seat, table surface, barrel nozzle, hive landing / entrance / lid / frame spawn. Use them as anchors for particle FX, gameplay and animations.• A studio demo scene — cyclorama, turntable rotation and an auto-framing camera rig, plus two small C# scripts (CameraRig, Turntable) in the RusticFarmKit namespace.GEOMETRY147,200 triangles and 125,634 vertices across the pack (30 meshes). Per prop: from 468 triangles (dog bowl) to 36,184 (apple basket), average around 6,700. The three heaviest models — the apple basket and the two jar crates — include their contents (apples, honey jars), which is why their counts are higher. Everything is static: no rigging, no animations, no LOD groups.TEXTURESOne PBR set per prop, 132 lossless PNG in total: 512×512 for the two wooden cups, 1024×1024 for most props, 2048×2048 for the two large tables. Maps included: Base Color, Normal (tangent space), Occlusion, Metallic-Smoothness (Unity layout), Mask Map (URP/HDRP) and ORM (glTF, Unreal, Blender). All dimensions are power-of-two.PIPELINES AND FORMATSMaterials ship for the Universal Render Pipeline and render as-is there. For HDRP, convert them with Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter — the Mask Map textures are already packed to the HDRP layout. For the Built-in Render Pipeline, switch the material shader to Standard and relink Base Color, Metallic-Smoothness, Normal and Occlusion. Models and textures themselves are pipeline-agnostic. Sources are provided as both .fbx and .glb.REQUIREMENTSThe GLB models and GLB prefabs need the free open-source UnityGLTF package from the Khronos Group (github.com/KhronosGroup/UnityGLTF). It is not included and cannot be bundled: install it once from Package Manager > Add package from git URL, then reimport the Models/glb folder. The FBX prefabs need no extra packages. Full steps are in the included Documentation.pdf. Built and tested in Unity 2022.3 LTS and Unity 6.CUSTOMISATION AND USEFully editable content: standard meshes, prefabs and materials — URP/Lit for the FBX and studio materials, UnityGLTF's PBRGraph for the GLB side. Retexture, rescale, recombine or strip the sockets freely. The style suits RPG villages, farming and life sims, medieval or cozy workshop interiors, taverns and market scenes.CONTENTModels: 22 unique propsMeshes: 30Prefabs: 44 (22 FBX + 22 GLB)Textures: 132 PNG, in 22 PBR sets (6 maps each)Demo scenes: 1 (Scenes/DemoScene.unity)Scripts: 2 (CameraRig, Turntable — namespace RusticFarmKit)Named sockets: 41 across all 22 propsPackage size: ~92.5 MBTEXTURE DIMENSIONS512×512 — 2 sets (SM_WoodCup_Mug, SM_WoodCup_Tumbler)1024×1024 — 18 sets (most props)2048×2048 — 2 sets (SM_HoneyPlainTable, SM_HoneyPackingTable)All power-of-two. The FBX side has no extra dependencies.AI/ML was used as a development assistant. The shipped assets were assembled, set up and checked by hand.Tools used: [tool names, e.g. DeepSeek / ChatGPT / Claude] for text and code, and an AI chat assistant for help while modelling in Blender.Modelling — the models were built in Blender. AI chat assistance was used while working, mainly for technique questions and troubleshooting: topology decisions, UV layout, and export settings for FBX and glTF. All geometry was modelled and finished by me; no AI-generated meshes are included.Textures — authored by me in [Blender / Photoshop / other]. No AI tools were used for the texture maps.Code — the two C# scripts (CameraRig, Turntable) were written with AI assistance, then reviewed, adapted and tested by me in the Unity Editor.Documentation — the user guide and the store description were drafted with AI assistance from my own notes, then edited and verified by me.Everything was imported into Unity, set up as prefabs and tested in Unity 2022.3 LTS and Unity 6 before release.
