328 modular meshes for building Eastern-Bloc panel-block housing estates: facades, roads, paving, props and vehicles.• Render pipeline: Built-in RP. All 35 materials use the Standard shader andupgrade with Unity's Render Pipeline Converter for URP/HDRP; meshes, prefabs, colliders, LODGroups and the demo scene are pipeline-agnostic.The optional foliage wind shader is a Built-in RP surface shader and doesnot compile on URP/HDRP.Soviet Panel Block Estate is a modular kit for building late-socialisthousing estates — the prefabricated concrete panel blocks that fill theedges of every city from Berlin to Sofia, and the streets, courtyards andclutter that surround them.Everything snaps to one grid. Wall panels are exactly one bay wide (3.20 m)and one floor tall (2.80 m), pivoted bottom-centre on the exterior wallplane, so a facade is built by stepping X by 3.20 and Y by 2.80. Themeasured seam between adjacent panels is 0.00 mm. Roads tile on 8 m,paving and ground on 4 m.The kit is not locked to one building shape. Because a facade is just agrid of module names, you can build low slabs, narrow towers, or two towerslinked by a multi-storey bridge over an open ground-level passage — theform the real linked brutalist blocks used. The included assemblers do allthree.Four surface finishes — raw precast concrete, ceramic mosaic cladding, ochre repaint and pale green repaint — let neighbouring blocks read asdifferent buildings without new geometry.WHAT MAKES IT LOOK ALIVEaftermarket air-conditioning boxes, satellite dishesbolted to every facade, flower boxes, laundry lines, the communalcarpet-beating rack in the yard, sheet-metal lock-up garages, the concreteslab walkway that runs from each entrance out to the street.GROUND AND ROADSA full ground layer, not an afterthought: asphalt tiles with cracks andpatch repairs, potholes, speed bumps, precast kerbs with swept curves anddropped crossings, road markings on separate planes so a junction can bemarked up without new road variants, concrete slab pavements in threestates of settlement, granite setts, interlocking pavers, dirt, gravel, grass, desire paths worn across the lawns, and transition tiles so a pavededge never just stops dead.READY TO USEImport, run Tools > Soviet Panel Block Estate > Set Up Pack, then BuildDemo Scene. You get the example estate with a walkable first-person playeralready in it — press Play and walk the street. Materials, prefabs, boxcolliders and LODGroups are all generated for you.SUITABLE FORThird-person and first-person games, survival and post-Soviet settings, urban exploration and anything needing believable Eastern European or Balkan residential exteriors. The style is clean low-poly with accurate real-world proportions ratherthan photoreal surfacing.• Number of textures: 105• Texture dimensions: 1024 × 1024 (all)• Texture maps per material: albedo, roughness, normal — tiling at 2 m• Number of meshes: 328 (plus 328 matching LOD1 meshes = 656 FBX files)• Number of prefabs: 328, generated on import by the included editor tool• Polygon count of SM_BK_Wall_Window_Concrete (typical wall panel): 90 tris• Polygon count of SM_BK_Kiosk_News (typical prop): 132 tris• Polygon count of SM_BK_Tree_Chestnut (heaviest mesh): 3,468 tris• Minimum polygon count: 12 tris• Maximum polygon count: 3,468 tris• Average polygon count: 207 tris• Total polygon count: 67,814 tris across all 328 meshes• Rigging: No• Animation count: 0• Animation type list: None• UV mapping: Yes — UV1 box-projected at consistent world-space density, UV2 packed non-overlapping for lightmaps• LOD information: 2 levels (LOD0 + LOD1) on all 328 meshes; LOD1 averages 54% fewer triangles. LODGroups wired automatically by the editor tool.• Types of materials and texture maps: 35 PBR materials (Metallic/Roughness workflow), albedo + roughness + normal per material• Colliders: 328 box colliders, sized per model, generated on import• Attachment points: 25 named empties (vehicle exhausts, headlights, taillights, street-lamp light positions)• Vertex colours: wind mask on all foliage (R = flex, G = phase, B = stiffness), with a Built-in RP wind shader included• Scale: real-world metric, 1 unit = 1 metre• Render pipeline: Built-in RP out of the box; materials rebuild automatically on URP/HDRP. Wind shader is Built-in RP only — URP/HDRP users rebuild it in Shader Graph from the documented vertex colours.• Sample scenes: 4 layouts (estate, courtyard, street corner, linked towers) plus a walkable first-person playerAI used to finetune some of the models, brainstorm ideas for new models, generate the technical details per having access to models folder, think of which models will blend with what for the sample scenes, created some of the sample scenes, and make the sample screenshots of models layed out on a plane for the published images on the store.
