A sine wave shader for planes in Unity, specially useful to animate simple decorative objects like flags, foliage like weed or plantas, water etc.This shader is essentially a simple, easy-to-set-up system for animating planes with a texture. The package includes four different materials designed for various purposes and optimization needs:1 Unlit material without transparency1 Unlit material with transparency1 Lit material without transparency1 Lit material with transparencyAll these materials use the same sine-wave animation system, but you can choose between them depending on what your asset requires, whether it’s something lightweight and simple (unlit) or something more advanced with dynamic lighting (lit).Each material also includes a clamp system, which allows you to keep part of the plane from being affected by the sine-wave motion. You can modify the shader as you like, just keep in mind that you’ll need Unity URP 2021 or higher.This shader/material works best on planes.
