However, due to the increasing challenges in maintaining and updating the service, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue it.That said, previous versions of UModeler Hub will continue to provide free access to Basic.Please check the details below.We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend using UModeler X Plus or the upcoming UModeler X Pro, which includes a 14-day free trial.📌 Key Updates1️⃣ Upcoming Launch of UModeler X ProUModeler X Pro will be released soon, offering more powerful features and continuous updates.Advanced tools for professional 3D modeling will be included.To ensure stable service operation, it will be offered as a subscription-based model.Check the differences between Plus and Pro: https://docs.umodeler.com/docs/faq/#what-is-umodeler-xs-pricing-model2️⃣ UModeler X Basic Service TerminationAfter March 31, 2025, at 03:00 AM (PST), UModeler X Basic will no longer be available on the Unity Asset Store.Basic will no longer be available after the Hub 1.1.0 update.Automatic updates to Hub 1.1.0 will be disabled, allowing users to continue using and downloading Basic on versions Hub 1.0.2 or earlier.A download link for Hub 1.0.2 will be provided later.Existing Plus users can update to Hub 1.1.0 via the Package Manager.3️⃣ Changes in Asset Store Product Usage PolicyOnly individuals and companies with less than $200,000 in total financial resources (including revenue, investment, and grants) over the past 12 months will be eligible to use UModeler and UModeler X Plus.Entities exceeding $200,000 in total financial resources will be required to use the upcoming UModeler X subscription model.These changes will apply to purchases made after March 31, 2025, at 03:00 AM (PST).Existing purchasers will not be affected and can continue using their products under the same conditions.More details regarding the subscription model will be announced later.🔷 Reasons for UModeler X Basic DiscontinuationThe cost and effort required for continuous updates and maintenance have exceeded initial expectations.Some users have experienced confusion due to feature limitations in the Basic version.UModeler X Plus offers significantly more functionality than Basic and will continue to improve.UModeler X Pro is designed for professionals, providing access to the latest features first and ensuring stable maintenance through a subscription model.This decision was made to provide a stronger and more stable 3D modeling environment.
