In real life by most recent laws all electric vehicles must have a this kind of noise when it is being used in above mentioned cases.- Wind sound effect will get louder as the vehicle goes faster.- Static sound effect is a high pitched electric noise whose pitch is not changing, but it will get louder as the car goes faster.
