A source map which contains 2 texture channels which can be blended together with world position vectors, advanced blending options, as well as 2 different Masking elements per channel, which can be tweaked and tweaked until the perfect artistic result has been achieved.
Basic Parameters: PBR essentials as well as a Normal map blender which allows you to blend the source channel normal map with either of the other normal maps with it's own tiling and blending amount.
Masking: Each of the additional channels offer their own masking parameters which are properly calculated and interpolated to ensure that the settings from one texture channel don't interfere with the settings of the others. This way you can blend in one channel with 100% Smoothness, over the main channel with 0% Smoothness, and then add in the third channel with 50% Smoothness, all while maintaining the correct visual result.
Each channel's Mask has a primary and secondary mask which are set by giving you a choice between one of the 4 channels of a chosen Mask texture, or by using one of the source maps from the main 3 channels. This gives you a total of 7 masks to pick from, for each mask, for each channel!
Each mask also has 3 blending styles to choose from (Additive, Composite, Edge Blend) which offer their own fresh approach to how the mask is handled.
Finally, each Mask also can be separately tiled from all the others to offer a wonderful, artistic blend of all of your set channels.
Wrapped up in a clean Custom UI and you have yourself an essential shader you'll quickly come to love.
