I offer great support so don't be scared to reach out if the downloaded content has issues, this is usually related to a different render pipeline and custom shaders such as these cannot be converted. Decals are separated into small meshes which you place just in front of a flat surface.

This decal system is not designed for use with the Decal Projector system found in URP and HDRP.
