Juice up your game!
In a few clicks, add stunning motion effects to your camera. Get rid of boring cameras forever!
This plugin contains a screen shake effect, a dolly zoom effect, and tracking and autofocusing features, fully customisable.
Is this the right plugin for my project?
Whether you're starting a new project or want to amp up your current game, this plugin will help save time and get the most out of camera motions.
You can get started instantly with the helpful inspectors from each of the components. If you wish, you can also start the effects through scripting, which doesn't require any components at all on any GameObject!
Note that the autofocus feature uses the Unity Post Processing Stack's Depth of Field effect. If your project has the Post Processing Stack, you can enable this feature by a simple scripting define symbol within the editor.
Key features
- Screen shakes with varying intensity, damping, easing, duration;
- Dolly zoom on to or out of any object;
- Autofocus on a Transform or Collider;
- Keep the camera centered onto an object;
- Complete event-based integration;
- Different easing curves: linear, quadratic easing (in, out or both), back, bounce, exponential, sines, custom curves, etc;
- Full documentation and usage guide included;
- All scripts optimized for low memory and low processing time;
Will it work on my version of Unity?
The plugin will work flawlessly from Unity 5.6.0 to Unity 2019; it's probably going to work for you! (even in versions earlier than 5.6.0 to be honest, although I haven't tested)
The plugin contains extensive documentation on how to use it with different use cases, however feel free to only read the first couple of lines and get started immediately!
Note: the examples shown in the video and images featured use external free assets, not included in the package; namely, Unity's Post Processing Stack, Unity's Viking Village, Unity's Particle Pack, Unity's 2D Game Kit, Sou Chen Ki's Red Samurai, and Arkham Interactive's Toony Skies. Please check out these awesome assets as well! The video also uses the soundtrack "Laserpack" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)
