Package Shrink Features:
A.Solve the issue that the displayed size in app store is much bigger than the package size.
B.Package Streaming: Split packages into small ones, and rest resources are downloaded while playing, which makes no difference between the whole package and the small one.
C.Download before Playing: Split packages into any size you want, such as less than 100MB to cover the non-WiFi users.
