A system for creating drips and splats of paint, blood and any other liquid substances that go splat.
This splat system uses a particle effect alongside a texture animation sheet to provide progressive splats ideal for simulating something dripping from above the ground.
It is set up in such a way that works in a fixed location but would be easy enough to alter and use for other cases such as a wound, something leaking from a pot or container, or even oil from a car.
