Bring your game to life with Heathe's Toolkit for Unity's Physics! Create ropes, add buoyancy, simulate softbody-like behaviour, generate force effects, predict projectile trajectories and more!Toolkit for Physics is a comprehensive collection of physics-based tools and systems designed to add realistic and engaging physics effects to your game. These tools work with Unity's built-in Physics behaviours and systems and provide you with easy-to-use APIs, structs and scripts enabling you to Do More! This asset is a collection, The Ballistics and Verlet components are also available individually. This asset is included in the Toolkits for Unity Bundle 2025.Yearly Maintenance CycleHeathen’s Toolkits are released on a predictable annual cycle, launching every 1st of November with that year’s updates, content, and elevated support. Community support is always provided for free on the Heathen Discord regardless of purchase.Discounts and Grace PeriodExisting owners get an 80% discount on the next year's base price, ensuring a low-cost way to keep your tools up-to-date with the latest features and support. If you purchase near the end of a cycle (close to Nov 1st), there’s a grace period—the next version will be free. Contact us on Discord for more details. For example, Toolkit 2026 will be released on the 1st of November, 2025. Owners of the 2025 Toolkit can -choose- to purchase that years cycle for 20% of the base price. Users retain access to all the tools they already own—purchasing updates for future years is entirely optional. At the end of the cycle, each toolkit receives its final update and is removed from sale to new customers. However, existing users keep full access to their tools, you will still be able to download them and use them in new projects for as long as you like.Want to learn more?Visit our Knowledge Base and see how our Toolkit for Unity Physics can elevate your game!Community and SupportJoin our Discord community and connect with other game developers and the PhysKit team for support and collaboration.2D & 3D SupportForce Effects, Ballistics, Verlet and related tools support both Unity 3D and Unity 2D physics tools. For note, Buoyancy doesn't have a 2D variant but can be accomplished easily using Force Effects 2D features.BallisticsOur Ballistics system offers complete control over projectile trajectory with options to set arc height, ground speed, launch velocity, and more. The tool supports both a realistic and accurate trajectory model as well as a "fantasy" option that lets you dial in the desired height and linear speed of your projectile so that we can then perform the physical simulation, perfect for delivering the feel you need without breaking physical simulation.BuoyancyOur Buoyancy system calculates the buoyancy force that would be applied to an object given the geometry of your mesh, the mass you define and the nature of the volume (water, etc.) you want to simulate floating in. Our flexible approach can be easily connected to virtually any Water/Ocean simulation tool or integrated with your own homegrown system and is highly configurable helping you deliver as simple or as detailed of a buoyancy simulation as you need.Force EffectsTake your game's physics to the next level with Force Effects, a powerful toolkit that can create magnets, localized gravity, spherical gravity, dampening fields, and more. with little or even no coding required in many cases. The toolkit is configurable and highly extensible making it easy to add your own custom force effects.Verlet Integrate (dynamic bone animation)physics-driven motion through a chain of transforms, commonly used to simulate hair, tails, capes and simple softbody-like behaviours. Create realistic hair, props that bounce, simulate soft-body behaviour, ropes, chains, and more with ease.Want to learn more?Check out our Knowledge Base … need help or want to chat?
