Do you need to iterate multiple times over the same animations? Or do you prefer to have all the clips in the same file? If you do, you probably have found yourself setting the same settings for animation clips over and over again.
I had both of these requirements. I also had to change the names and the timings of all the animation events. Therefore I made this tool to help me - and you.
With Animation Processor, you can setup multiple animation clips in multiple files at once. No more tweaking of all the clips by hand each time the animation asset is reimported. This also means that there's no need for custom per-project importer scripts for animations. Simply define clip presets, hook them up in Animation Processor, and run the processor.
Features:
- Define settings for animation clips only once.
- Setup animation clip presets for different type of animations and use these for multiple clips.
- Clips are matched to the presets using clip names. You can use either full or partial name. Clips can also be ignored with a given phrase.
- Setup a priority for similar presets to denote which preset should be evaluated first and which are the fallbacks for default clips.
- Presets are simply ScriptableObjects. Tools to create these are included.
- Works with both humanoid and generic animations.
