This package contain fbx file (3075 tris, 4094 verts in Unity) , 1 uv chanel, diffuse texture (1024x1024 with some space inside) and material (Unity ver.4).Package contains only house itself without.All forest suroundings can be taken on Unity Asset store page (its free and cool).
